Chef Melissa Scrymgeour writes a new menu on the chalkboard daily, creating a fresh culinary experience for our guests with each visit. Every day, she "cleans the slate" and starts new.

Located in the heart of Solvang, our small wine bar draws inspiration from the local farmers, independent winemakers, and craft brewers of California’s Central Coast. This influence is reflected in the menu.

When a wine runs out (because the winemaker only produced so much) or a seasonal ingredient is no longer available (because we source from local farmers), we 'clean the slate' and start all over again.
